Held annually over a 3 week period in July, the Sir Garfield
Sobers Cricket Tournament is one of the most prestigious
cricket tournaments for young cricketers.
The fixtures are played all over Barbados, giving competitors
a great opportunity to see the island's many cricket venues.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 9 cricket matches,
and for those that progress well in the tournament this
will increase to 11 matches in total.
Entrance to this very high standard event is by invitation
only from Sir Garfield himself. Sporting Destinations
