The VIT is held traditionally
over the Victoria Day May long weekend at the Burnaby
Lake West Complex, Vancouver, Western Canada.
Over the four days of exciting hockey, teams have a
choice of 6 divisions to play in - Men's/Women's Competitive
1 & 2, Social Men's/Women's and a Mixed Social division.

Sample Itinerary
Day 1 (Wed 13 May)
International flight to Vancouver. Transfer to accommodation
for 6 nights (room only).
Day 2 (Thur 14 May)
Sightseeing tour of Vancouver- visit Stanley Park, Gastown,
Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Evening warm up fixture.
Day 3 (Fri 15 May)
Day at leisure to explore downtown Vancouver. Friday
night festival social at the Vancouver Rowing Club,
Stanley Park.
Day 4 (Sat 16 May)
Tournament. Festival dinner at Burnaby Lake Clubhouse,
informal atmosphere, music, dancing, singing and lots
of fun!
Day 5 (Sun 17 May)
Tournament.
Day 6 (Mon 18 May)
Tournament and time to say goodbye to all your new friends.
Day 7 (Tues 19 May)
Travel to Vancouver Island for 2 nights accommodation
(room only). Afternoon Optional Whale and Wildlife watching.
Day 8 (Wed 20 May)
Day at leisure to explore Vancouver Island before final
fixture.
Day 9 (Thur 21 May)
International flight to arrive UK Fri 22 May. |
