For tours that have Sports Tour bags included, we will also require your tour/school crest designs in good time to allow to print and send the bags to you before departure.

We will require your Final Balance to reach us 10 weeks prior to departure date. Please note that failure to make this payment without prior approval from Sporting Destinations Ltd could mean loss of flights and cancellation of your travel arrangements.

From this point until departure date any changes you make to your tour arrangements, must be sent to us in writing on the enclosed Amendment forms and will incur a £25.00 administration fee.

We will send your final flight passengers list to the airlines for ticketing at 6 weeks prior to departure date. At this point your Tour Co-ordinator would have double-checked all your passenger names against their passport details. Once names have been sent for ticketing any changes to names will incur an additional admin charge from us as well as Airline fees (depending on airline).

Sporting Destinations will always aim to have a representative at Gatwick or Heathrow airport to answer any last minute questions and assist your check-in. Airline tickets are normally given out at the airport, by our staff, if flying from Gatwick or Heathrow Airport.

If flying with a budget airline - ie.EasyJet, BmiBaby or Ryanair - passenger names are required at the time of booking, we therefore require a completed Passenger List (Christian name and Surname as appears on passport) at this time. Any subsequent alterations to this list are charged per sector by the airline. As these flights are ticketless, we will provide you with a Booking Reference which is required at check-in along with your passport.

For other airports your tickets will be sent to you by special delivery normally 2 weeks before the departure date.
