•Confirmation Invoice detailing all services to be provided
• Passenger List requesting information on all tour members (i.e. full name, date of birth, special requirements and passport no)
• Rooming List
• Insurance Information Form
• Amendment Forms, which are to be used if you need to alter any details
For tours that have Sports Tour bags included, we will also require your tour/school crest designs in good time to allow to print and send the bags to you before departure.
We will require your Final Balance to reach us 10 weeks prior to departure date. Please note that failure to make this payment without prior approval from Sporting Destinations Ltd could mean loss of flights and cancellation of your travel arrangements.
From this point until departure date any changes you make to your tour arrangements, must be sent to us in writing on the enclosed Amendment forms and will incur a £25.00 administration fee.
We will send your final flight passengers list to the airlines for ticketing at 6 weeks prior to departure date. At this point your Tour Co-ordinator would have double-checked all your passenger names against their passport details. Once names have been sent for ticketing any changes to names will incur an additional admin charge from us as well as Airline fees (depending on airline).
